About ZACKLIM

Zacklim Flat Floor Specialist Sdn Bhd is a leading floor specialist founded in Malaysia. Began as Zacklim Industrial Works Sdn Bhd in 1984 the company has since then amassed vast experiences in construction of factories, warehouses, cleanrooms amongst its early notable projects were Western Digital and Nestlé Distribution Center.

In 1998 Zacklim Industrial Works Sdn Bhd (ZIW) was appointed as the main contractor for Nestlé Distribution Centre. During the 1990s there were no reputable floor specialists in Malaysia that could deliver in superflat floors and this provided a somewhat daunting opportunity for Zacklim Industrial Works Sdn Bhd to venture into the superflat flooring business. Together with an Australian specialist team comprising of consultants and skilled personnel specializing in concrete floor designs and construction, and utilizing some of the finest and state-of-the-art machinery from SOMERO® laser screeding machines. The company has, over the years, evolved a team of certified floor specialists in the Zacklim Group that is second to none in Malaysia and many parts of the Asian region and are capable of producing floors of world class standard.

In the year 2000 Zacklim Flat Floor Specialist Sdn Bhd was established and incorporated with the mission of producing world standard quality floor finishes that are flat, level and long lasting. Our flagship project was IKEA car park, located at Mutiara Damansara that was completed in 2003 which till today still stands as arguably the most outstanding car park in Malaysia.

SERVICES

1. SUPERFLAT FLOOR

A floor that achieves a very high standard of flatness and is very conducive for material handling equipment which are required to operate up to 16 meters in height. This is a must for industrial applications e.g. : warehouse and factory where a very high degree of flatness and levelness is required to improve efficiency, reduce maintenance and avoid industrial accidents.

2. ZACKPAVE

Concrete pavement has been successfully used for airport runways to very good effect. The usage also applies to highways and outdoor open areas as they have proven to be highly durable, long-lasting and relatively more cost effective in the long run. Study has shown that using concrete pavement will also help to save fuel, increases night visibility and reduces noise level while driving.

3. ZACKEA

A Benchmark For All Other Flooring Systems. ZACKEA is a proven monolithic coloured concrete floor system that is widely acclaimed to be very resistant to wear and tear. It does not require the need to apply and re-apply floor coatings unlike epoxy, polyurethane etc.. Treated with a coat of nano lithium concrete densifier, it hardens and seals the floor surface and protect against oil penetration.

Obvious advantages: very easy and economical to maintain.

4. ZPS Zack Polymer Screed

A Floor Transformer System Proven To Save Problematic Floors. ZPS is a thin polymer screed system that is applied onto rejected floor without having to remove it. The floor finish can range from basic to high polish with flatness control. It is most suitable to refurbish old existing floors in car parks, offices, retails, factories, warehouse, etc. This system is designed to hide undulation, repair damaged floor and also to brighten up the ambient lighting for the end users.

5. HARDEN X™

Exterior / Interior Use On New Or Existing Concrete. Using the most advanced nano technology in the industry, the lithium formulation of Harden X™ enhances concrete hardness and protection against dusting, moisture, abrasion, bacteria and general wear & tear sustained by both interior and exterior surfaces over time. Harden X™ is not a coating, it completely penetrates the surface to become part of the structure in just one application to reduce cracking, no peeling or flaking.

6. DURAGLOSS™

Interior / Exterior Use. DuraGloss™ is a polishable, light-reflective material that provides superior resistance to stains, water, oil, dusting, and abrasion. Available in two formulations, this lithium-based product has a deep, rich sheen that enhances the natural look of concrete and intensifies the color of concrete imprint, coloured-pigmented floor and ceramic tiles. DuraGloss™ outlasts any other product of its kind which combined with its aesthetic value makes it an excellent treatment for both industrial and retail applications.
