About VIMAR

Positive energy since 1945

VIMAR began on 1st May 1945, a stone’s throw from the medieval walls of Marostica, in the province of Vicenza, when Walter Viaro and Francesco Gusi chose to celebrate the end of the war in their unique way. May Day had not yet been established in Italy, but although devastated, the country had a massive appetite for reconstruction.

Made in Italy

VIMAR's products are conceived, designed and manufactured in North-East Italy. This is because the 'Made in Italy' label means a lot to us and represents a unique mix of aesthetic quality and technological excellence.

International Presence

Whether it's housing, hotels, ships, yachts, historic buildings, healthcare facilities or the small services industry, we have a national and international presence in every market sector, supplying products to over 100 countries for every imaginable application. S.O.U.L Limited is our official distributor in Hong Kong & Macau, and we have started our cooperation for nearly 15 years.

Quality and certifications

VIMAR stick to achieving customer satisfaction and safeguarding our workforce and the environment. The company uses a quality management system according to the international standard EN ISO 9001:2015 and an environmental management system according to the international standard EN ISO 14001:2015. On the other head, we have an occupational health and safety management system, certified to ISO 45001:2018; All VIMAR products are “well made” and embody the know-how and commitment to excellence that we’ve always called “positive energy”.
