Frequently Asked Questions

We're preparing your account as part of the transition from Archify. 

The first time you sign in to Lattira Source, you'll use the same email address associated with your Archify account and be prompted to create a password for your new Hubexo ID. Once completed, you'll be signed in to Lattira Source and can continue where you left off, with your account details and CPD history already available. 

Yes. Your account, CPD history and CPD certificates will move across to Lattira Source, so you can continue managing your professional development in one place.  

We're evolving Archify Australia and New Zealand into Lattira Source to give our community access to an internationally established platform with expanded capabilities, providing a stronger foundation for future enhancements and innovation. 

Archify Education will become Lattira CPD, continuing to provide access to free Informal and Formal CPD and learning content for design professionals.  

Lattira Source is Hubexo's global product discovery platform for architects, designers and construction professionals. It brings together verified product information, BIM objects and CPD learning in a modern platform experience.  

Archify Australia and New Zealand will remain available during the transition period while customers and users move across to Lattira Source. Archify will redirect to Lattira Source in early December before officially retiring in January 2027.  

Yes. Existing Archify links will continue to work during the transition and will redirect to the corresponding Lattira Source page from December 2026.  

Most of the content and functionality users rely on today will be available in Lattira Source. Some legacy Archify features will be retired as part of the transition.  

Yes. We'll be running a series of webinars to introduce Lattira Source, explain what's changing, and help you get started on the platform. These sessions will include demonstrations, practical guidance and the opportunity to ask questions. You can register for upcoming webinars here, or reach out to support.au@archify.com to organise a dedicated session for your practice.

Yes. Archify Connect webinars (Informal and Formal CPD) will continue as Lattira Connect, helping design professionals stay on top of the latest trends and insights from our manufacturer network. 

Yes. Both newsletters are planned to continue monthly. ArchifyNow will become Lattira Source, while Archify Education will become Lattira CPD.

• 15 September 2026 – Lattira Source is available in Australia and New Zealand. 
• 1 December 2026 – Archify URLs begin redirecting to Lattira Source. 
• 29 January 2027 – Archify Australia and New Zealand retire.

Lattira Source is Hubexo's global product discovery platform for the architecture and design industry. Lattira Source enhances the way you showcase your brand and products, manage structured product information, connect with architects and designers, and support specification workflows.  

We're bringing Archify Australia and New Zealand onto Hubexo's global platform ecosystem to create a stronger foundation for future innovation, enhanced functionality and ongoing investment. This evolution provides an advanced platform and better experience for all users; driven by the same commitment we have always had for our clients. 

Yes. Your brand Profile including Products, Projects, Education and other core content will be migrated to Lattira Source as part of the transition. 

For most customers, no action is required. Hubexo will manage the migration of your profile and content. If we need anything from you, your Customer Success team will reach out directly.  

No. Your existing agreement remains in place, and you'll continue to work with the same Hubexo teams throughout the transition, now backed by a stronger global network. 

Lattira Source includes enhanced product discovery, a BIM library with drag-and-drop to Revit, improved product information management and analytics, with ongoing investment in future enhancements. 

Archify Australia and New Zealand will remain available during the transition period while customers and users move across to Lattira Source. Archify will redirect to Lattira Source in early December before officially retiring in January 2027.  

Some legacy Archify features will not carry across to Lattira Source as we focus on streamlined tools and enhanced capabilities that better support current user workflows. For example, My Library will be replaced by My Collections, where users can organise products, manufacturers, CPD content, literature and inspiration in one place.
