About Decorial

Founded by Eric Ng in 1979, we are a fabricator and rain & shine solution provider with more than 40 years’ experience to date. As a pioneer in the sun shading industry we have imported European technology and concept of sun shading, which started as early as the 1870s, into Singapore.

Our initial establishment ‘Hock Leong Huat Enterprises Pte Ltd’ introduced the ideas of traditional arm-type retractable awnings, ‘Decorial Pte Ltd’ came as a change to diversify our range of innovative architectural shading solutions & finally led to the incorporation of home or building automation with sophisticated Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Building Management System (BMS), passive fire protection automation and creating endless ossibilities of innovative combinations.

‘Decorial’ has been consistently promoting innovative shading technology effectively serve the functional purpose and at the same time, enhancing the aesthetic value of the existing building facade.

The range of quality products that we provide are fully imported from world leading manufacturers which ensures their products undergoes intricate tests to meet strict international standards, while executing optimum quality control.

Today, ‘Decorial’ acts as Specialist Contractor or usually Nominated Sub-Contractor (NSC) to deal with Architects, Main Contractors, and Developers / Builders in the construction of rain & shine solutions through providing system and material specifications for proposed and on-going projects.

In addition, we have as the major player set the benchmark for high quality and standard in our local industry. To date, the company has completed more than 100,000 units of various shading systems, utilizing millions squared-metres(m 2 ) of fabrics.
