Royal Square at Novena is a mixed use development consisting of 3 different main programs, at the junction of Thomson Road and Irrawaddy Road. The 6 storey podiom consists of an arrival drop off, 2 retail floors, car park and a restaurant floor on top of the podiom. The lower floors the tower are medical suite levels while its upper floors host a 250 room hotel with a roof top swimming pool.
